Kabaleeshwarar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located in Mylapore, Chennai. The temple was built in the 7th century. The deity is along with his consort Parvati in the form of Karpagambal. There are two ingress points for this temple with Gateway towers on both the sides. There are separate shrines for all the gods with each appearing as seated on their vehicles (Vaahana).
